As a headquarter to improve the fame and competitiveness of Tool Industry of Malaysia in the domestic and international market, a project to build an overseas subsidiary that based by Prokit's Industries (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. and Melectron Company Malaysia started officially from February 2005.
Prokit's Industries (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. has merged its Shenzhen
affiliation company to Chung Len Company Ltd. on September 2005. The new company is now officially known as Chung Len Company Ltd. and will focus on expanding the sales channels in Great China market.
